Which is sort of a different thing from the "Coffee, Black!" Dance from big, The Musical.

Thanks for the link, DR BEN.  I was just about the ask the question that DR DRUXY asked.  I like Ben McKenzie, he should make a fine Gentleman Caller.....

TGM is one of my favorite plays - maybe MY FAVORITE.....

My question for ASK BK day......can't the Post Office come to your house and pick up your shipments?  They say they can on television and on the website.

BK,

Since I don't read the Los Angeles papers any longer:

Who are the cast members for THE GLASS MENAGERIE at the Mark Taper?

I'm not Bruce but I know the answer.

It's the Judith Ivey production that started at Long Wharf in Connecticut then played Off-Broadway as part of Roundabout's season and has now moved to Los Angeles to play at the Mark Taper Forum.

Glass Menagerie

I didn't see this production, but I love the play, and I hear it isn't particularly done well.

This has been the longest and most frustrating morning, but I'm back from the clinic, the psot office, and now I have other business to tend to.

And the word of the day is: KENSPECKLE!

Barbie has never really been happy because Kenspeckle has been non existant all these years.

You can tell it's a 60's comedy because the lights are so bright.

Question for BK:  Do you have a favorite book that was made into a bad movie?

A long and frustrating morning, indeed. And we may get more rain.

Is the NYC book reading and signing for BK's book (that's on Sept. 24th) at 5:30 or 5:00?

(I have 5:00 written down, but the press release says 5:30 - I'm assume the press release must be right, but mioght as well confirm.)

I'm available either way but I hope it's 5:30 just because it gives me more time to recover from a week at work and then get up to 40th Street and 8th Avenue.

I'm up, and my eyes must not be dilated anymore because I have no problem with the light from the computer screen.  I got in bed at eleven, was asleep by midnight.

I love Ira Levin's A Kiss Before Dying, which has yielded two unsatisfying movies (the first is better, but nowhere near the book).

Does anyone know anything about the Olive Films dvd company.  They are releasing Carroll Baker's HARLOW and WHERE LOVE HAS GONE on DVD on September 28.....in pricey editions.....but not sure about the quality of the disks.

Just had a call that might result in a very quickly put-together recording session on Sunday.  Trying to see if we can make it happen this quickly.  Have a call into my engineer to see if he's available (don't really want to do it without him), and then he can see if the studio is available.
