I've just purchased my air tickets to and from Ohio for Thanksgiving week. The Macbeths will be in Florida, probably inspecting their embezzled Cayman accounts.

Save an evening to come over here for dinner, if you don't mind low fat/low cholesterol/low sodium!

By the way, I am still waiting some kind of thank-you from the Census Bureau for kindly taking up so much of my time answering personal questions under the threat of arrest.

These are the last two of the litter of seven with the mother named Vixmom. Penny was so much smaller than the others -- it took her a while to get big enough to be spayed. We decided to keep the two females together so they could play with each other.

Oh, I failed to mention that not only are we combining the 3 keyboard parts into 2, it's actually 4 parts into 2 as we are not using a harp.

I have no more words...

Have you contacted any of the other theatres/MDs that have just done Sunset Blvd? I had some friends up in the recent Ogunquit Playhouse production that starred Stephanie Powers.

I contacted the theatre in Portland that is doing the show in October.  I've heard nothing back.

LOL (not in a good way)--if you think Coleman or Lewis will respond to you, you be dreamin' boy.   :P

I've just found out that my next foster will be a sick big kitten that needs some meds so she can get well and go to adoptions. This is because it seems that KITTEN SEASON IS OVER!

Good news kitten season is over.  May little Penny & Vixter be quickly adopted into wonderful homes!!!

Verizon appears to be having problems today, so I needed to stop in the local store on Broadway to check my phone. While I was waiting for customer service, I saw Roger Rees on the street so I went out to tell him hello. He asked me what I was doing in the Verizon store and I said, "My phone; can't call out, can't get calls." He said, "that's no phone" and I said, "yep; it's a vegetable." Leave 'em laughing.

So, I have to have a little dinner and head back down to the NYU Dental Clinic. More pain.

One of them would be aghast that you could not have heard of him.  Don't get me started.

Just went for today's walk - outside and with a purpose.  I walked down to my friend Emilie's to deliver a book that Betty had left here for her.  Cut my time to about 18 minutes, because the walk back is all up hill and that makes a huge difference.

Helper is gone.  We had a lot of stuff to do.  Then I did an event page for the next Kritzerland show.  Shortly I have my three o'clock meeting.  And then I MUST write liner notes - I have been derelict in my duty.

In the "sounds similar" department, I have been "derelict in my doody" lately, as well

Time for some remedy, I reckon!

Lucky you, Jennifer. I wish we could get some rain here.

It rained Tuesday night, Wednesday morning, and Wednesday night.  Our fire danger dropped a notch.  I prefer the rain at night.  I was completely soaked when I returned from my hike yesterday.

So, when you consider that McGlinn's apartment walls were filled with scores of this value, hundreds of thousands of dollars, and he died in complete poverty with no electric power in his apartment, what the hell?

How very sad.  I didn't realize that.

TOD: I love any of kind of ice cream I can get my hands -- and mouth -- on. That said, a really fine homemade peach ice cream is the best.

I have one of those dual ice cream makers, so you can make two types at once. I'm rarely that greedy, though. Last year, my favorite flavor was ginger-candied bacon. Also fond of sour cream ice cream atop blueberry pie.

And speaking of bacon...... you were weren't you John G.?........ The assortment of doughnuts that my co-workers brought from VooDoo Doughnuts (in Portland, Oregon), included maple bars with bacon on top.  I was too full after eating half of a Memphis Mafia to try one; but the poeple who ate them raved about the combination.
