Tonight after work I went to pay for my new sculpture. I went to the coolest house. It was designed by Richard Neutra in 1951 and is SOO cool. I didn't think I liked mid-century modern architecture, but in this house you feel like you are out in the open in every room of the house. It's just amazing. the couple who own it are restoring it. They bought it from the original owner

He and his wife are really great people. I'm not partial to punk rock, so I hadn't heard of him before. I'm glad I'm getting to know them now.

I feel so sorry for his family, and I'm so angry at the families of these dumbass students responsible I cannot see straight. Don't these idiots teach their children anything about ethics or morality?

What a horrible story. I hope it gets lots of publicity, though, and people learn not to do such stupid things. Are there any laws that would pertain to this?

I'm so hungry and all I have here is Fruity Snacks (ate one pack) and chocolate Twizzlers (ate eight pieces). I only had a sandwich at noon - I think some chips may be in order - or something.

vixmom, the Ellison doc has been out for at least a year Dream With sharp Teeth, I believe it's called. It was showing just the other night on sundance. And, yes, I speak with him all the time.

I went out to get some chips and junk and decided instead to go to Jerry's and get a bowl of chicken soup to take home. As I was coming back to the car and literally about a foot from the car door I tripped over something. Usually I'm pretty good about keeping my balance, but I couldn't stop and just crashed to the ground - unfortunately it was not flat ground as I was at the end of a row and there was a raised curb there - my elbow got it pretty bad - no blood but a really nice, big bruise. Miraculously, the chicken soup container stayed shut.
