He did the Dr. Pepper commercials in the late 70s

As an American werewolf?

I was talking to him about the make-up in that movie, which was made before the days of CGI.

He said he spent 10 hours a day in the make-up chair when they did the transformation scenes.

Monday morning greetings!  I slept later than I'd intended, but feel very refreshed as a result.  After my cardiac rehab session this afternoon we're going to Oxford, OH, for a lecture at Miami U by John Wood, the author of Leaving Microsoft to Save the World.  I've read the book and heard him speak before and am glad I follow him on Twitter.  I've seen no local publicity for his visit here.  We hope to meet up after the lecture to take our dear niece/goddaughter out to dinner.

Today I see an acupuncturist for the first time in several years, to see if they can alleviate this bothersome lower back pain (which has extended down to my left heel) that I have had chronically since my bout with kidney stones.  I went to an acupuncturist several years ago who magically lowered my blood pressure almost overnight, so I am hopeful.

Middfest update - maybe it hasn't "jumped the shark" after all.  The exhibits were skimpy because, according to this morning's paper, 44 (count 'em, 44) shipping containers of artifacts from Botswana got hung up in customs in Memphis, TN.  Also, they announced tentative plans to feature Peru in 2011.

Did the acupuncturist help with the kidney stones? I've been blessed with those on a recurring basis and could always use some help in that area.

I just tried to post a photo again and it keeps telling me the file is too large.  Oh, well.  I'll have to have my nephew help me with it when I see him this weekend!

Didn't see the acupuncturist for the kidney stones.  I saw one years ago for blood pressure, and she was able to bring it down right away.  Today I am going for chronic pain in my lower left back which has been plaguing me since I had kidney stones last December.

Just thought I'd ask. Those kidney stones can be extremely painful, so any remedy is worth investigating.

Oh, just thought of two more:

Ushpizin (Israeli comedy directed written by and starring a chassidic couple) and Trembling Before G-d.
