Hi Jane, glad you had fun.

Thanks.  I should not have brought home a bag of Island Princess macadamia nut caramel corn.  I can't stop eating it.

So far the girls haven't gotten it either!

Odds are they won't the way you are cleaning & keeping them separate.

My glasses broke and I don't have time to get new ones.  I have been looking for a new frame and not found one I like.  Now I will be forced to.  Keith super glued these back together but they are out of alignment & making me sick.  Mostly I'm wearing my distance glasses which are worthless at the computer.

Well, the waiting is over.  Ricky has Ringworm and will begin lime/sulfur baths tomorrow.  He has to wear one of those cone collar things.  Poor guy.  He has no idea what he's in for.   And I have to sanitize my whole house.

I am so sorry, Cilla.  The poor little guy.
Thanks TCB.  I'm just glad I adopted him.  He would either be treated in an isolation room in the back of the shelter and be alone or who knows...at least this way he has a nice room to hang out in and attention from me. Not as much as I'd like to give him, but as much as I can. And a forever home.  I'm letting the vet do the baths so I can be the rescuer and not the torturer

I loved Maui. A fellow unemployed friend today said he's up for a job at an airport in Hawaii. Very envious.

Vibes the ringworm clears up fairly quickly & it won't be long before all three cats are playing together.

The airport in Maui was nice, and not too big.

Using the computer is difficult with these glasses. I'll have to limit my time tomorrow, plus I need to get ready for my trip to Chicago on Friday.  Sherlock will be happy to have Keith home with him.

I'm doing the lime sulfur because it kills the spores.  After a week or two he'll be able to play with the girls, even as the treatment continues

Had a great day in court today.  Great result for my client.  The victim's crazy mother was mad because my client didn't apologize to her.  He didn't do anything to her and she beat the crap out of him.  He did victimize her daughter and apologized for that.  This woman has been harassing my client's family.  She stood up and yelled at the judge.  We asked for extra security (thank goodness) and everyone was wanded (no metal detector in the courthouse) the deputies even asked if they could walk my client's family to their car and told them to call the police if she comes anywhere near

It's now time for me to leave work.  At lunch today, I got a new cable modem for my computer, so hopefully that'll fix some/all(?) of the problems that I had last night.  We'll see.

Until later!

Thanks, that reads a little funny, it wasn't the woman and the drama that was good, it was the outcome.  The woman and the drama certainly was more exciting than normal

Cilla, remember that the spores will float around like dust. Sometimes it won't matter how careful you are, the spores will get around anyhow.

I remember one foster having ringworm. I was SO careful. I caged them all separately and I wore a hospital gown and changed it and washed my hands after handling each kitten. It spread anyway. So I let them all out of their cages. And BOY, did they all PLAY and PLAY and PLAY. They were so happy!
