Well, you've read the notes, the notes had both pesto and art, and now it is time for you to post until the arty cows come home.

We are both up because in about 45 minutes we will go grocery shopping. First to Western Beef on 16th and 9th and then Trader Joe's on 21st and 6th.

Edi/Amy, what time is the early show for Jews and Baseball? You mentioned yesterday. I have to work until 3:30 or 4 that day but we want to go and we hope to go to the showing when you will be there.

Busy, busy day ahead. Still I hope to get some cleaning done. This house could use it. Badly.

George, the shows with Manhattan Transfer sound great. Always enjoyed them in concert and would love to see them again.

Good morning, all! I slept well and I think I'm ready for whatever fresh hell comes down the pike today.

I have a bit of work this morning on the Miami University cartons. I'm currently downloading all the Mahler symphonies so I can send the CDs to Ohio. My goal is to eventually narrow down the uge number of CDs I own so that I can remove one of the racks and have more apartment space.

I liked the painting very much, BK. It's quite evocative.

DR edisaurus, I'm with DR Ben: when's the Nov 5 showing we want to attend? I'm only good that weekend for the 5th and 6th On the 7th I'm back in the studio.

DR Jose,  I was wondering why you were in Virginia. Your day yesterday sounds fantastic.

I started watching the sixth season of MEDIUM last night on DVD.

It is really a very well written, well done show, and it doesn't seem to get tired.

Great cast.

Good Morning!

I'm up, I'm up... And I'm wondering if it would be worth the effort to get dressed, get in the car and drive to Starbucks since my brother does not drink coffee. Hmmm...

WOW!  Reading yesterday's notes all at one time was like taking a great trip across the country!

What great photos from everyone.....

Also enjoyed looking at the paintings on the Olivia's site!  I too am envious of those who can do such....ART!

I have also eaten at said CARNEGIE DELI and had about the same experience as DR BEN.....but there seemed to be a lot of ACTORS sitting at tables, so I am sure I had lunch with someone famous, I just don't know who it was.

EL GATO CON BOTAS........this is what I am going to name my boat when I win the Powerball.

DR JOSE loved your description of the celebration at the theater!  I may borrow that quote about the torch to use at our 50th anniversary celebration next summer.

And of course the roll call is a great way to respect and honor those not there to share.

Maybe today we can all share photos of our OWN art, no matter what it may be.

I shared my "dancing" last week.

DR Jose,  I was wondering why you were in Virginia. Your day yesterday sounds fantastic.

DR elmore - It was a perfect storm, in a sense. My brother Jay's visit from San Diego, my nephew's birthday, Arena Stage's Homecoming and my brother Mike's (upcoming) birthday.  I had originally planned to come down last weekend for a quick 36 hours, but once I realized that Jay was going to be in town for two weeks instead of one, it just made more sense to come down for an extended weekend.  -As an added bonus, I've been able to catch up with some other friends and relatives too.

I got some good news from my cousin last night.....I posted a newspaper article about his business earlier this year......they will be handling all online media for the SuperBowl in 2012 and are moving to NEW offices.....he says his office is what the designer calls his MAD MEN office....so I am interested to see it when they move in.....DOWNTOWN Indy!
