Jose, did you play any auditions for a BEAUTY AND THE BEAST tour in the last few weeks?

Just talked to DR Jane and DR JMK. We will be going out for eating purposes before the show...and then possibly after the show. I am up for that as I am certain that I will be hungry at both times.

Looking very forward to seeing DRs JMK, DH Betsy and the kids, DR Jane, DR George and, of course, Mr. BK himself.

Hello, everyone.

Vibes of safety and comfort to DR JOSE! My impression was that they didn't actually succeed in getting inside. Is that right?

Vibes to TCB. I am concerned about your ear. Is there one of those walk-in clinics near you? They're usually open on weekends. I like to know there's one nearby--just in case. Please keep us posted.

Jane, what a clever girl you are! And what a wonderful surprise for Bruce! I'm so glad you could make it up there.

Had a fun morning and early afternoon.  JMK and I went to Powell's and some music store, while Betsy and Jane went to meet a friend of Jane's at Nordstrom.   I made a little purchase at Powell's and JMK made a little purchase at the music store.  We all convened there and had some tea.  I bought a couple of really nice sweaters - the kind I haven't been able to find in LA, so that's nice.

Now I'll relax until we all meet for an early dinner at four.  I'll eat VERY lightly then, and then I'll go out after with whoever wants to tag along.

Darn...I won't be able to make it to Portland by 4:00. :-\ I'd have to leave right now and I'm not done at work, yet.  But I'd love to go out afterward.

I went shopping today. They were having a big sale event at Coldwater Creek (my favorite store).  There was a jacket I really liked the last time I was in there, but decided not to spend the money.  Today I got it for just about half price!  I got another jacket that wasn't on sale and 2 turtleneck sweaters that were also on sale just about as much off.  I smiled a lot about that.   Then it was off to Sam's club to look at tvs for my new room.  I also got a few things I had been thinking about when I was at Sams in SF with mom.   I got her a couple presents too.  She is a self professed Snickers-aholic so I got her a plastic container with 90 mini bars in it!

I'm making  turkey roast tonight.  I'm also going to make mashed potatoes and some stove top stuffing.  I also made the mandarin orange/ pineapple/ marshmallow/sour cream salad.  Can you say comfort food?
