Yes, and I'm very glad.  They gave me this really cool pain medicine.  It's a gel I put on his ear and it goes into his system that way.  I'm supposed to give it to him once tomorrow and once on Saturday.  If I don't wear a glove I get the dose of pain medicine...hmmmm

stopping by quick to say hello....

Today I delivered a letter to the university president with the help of lawyer concerning the abuse and denial of ada accomodations at the library. The lawyer is not happy with the university so we will see what happens
Vibes for all the best with regards to an ugly situation.

That might help with my ear infection.

Back from a very nice dinner.  I'm feeling a bit better now, so that's good.  Food always helps, I think.  We split some wings, and then I had a chopped Eyetalian salad - turkey, garbanzos, onions, and lettuce.

Tommy Tune was fun and the show was good, but it kinda lagged toward the end when he left the autobiography and went off into a Gershwin medley that just didn't work with the rest of the evening. It was good to hear him sing "I'm Leaving Texas" from "Whorehouse Goes Public." And he started with "Hey There, Good Times." He did a few other Cy Coleman songs that were nice ("Baby, Dream Your Dream" and "Seesaw" among them). But I kept wishing he were playing some character rather than himself for two hours. Next to nothing on "Grand Hotel," a particular favorite of mine, and the original "Whorehouse." No "Busker Alley" for obvious reasons. No "Birdie." No "Will Rogers Follies." But he did "The Uncle Sam Rag." Go figure.
