And...

Well...

I believe I've been fighting off a cold the past two days... And I've also had some sort of weird nerve thing going on in my right leg too (I really hope my sciatica has not returned)...

So...

Time to rest. Time to sleep.

Goodnight.

Craig's cat hasn't pooped since Sunday.  He is getting concerned.

He could use some good weather vibes to get past Shasta and over the pass from California & into Ashland tomorrow.

We're doing Callie's special poopy dance for Craig's cat~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks. :)

We just Skyped with Craig & he opened the one can of cat food he has & will be trying to get more fluids into Kitty (she did have a Romanian name which was simplified to Kitty).  He didn't give her the canned food because she tends to eat too much & throw up.  He will be careful with it.

I remember reading recently that they were using the book that was used for Patti's version.

DEAD OF WINTER arrived yesterday.

My copy arrived yesterday, also!  That's what I'll be listening to today. :)

After that will be my CD-R made from The Manhattan Transfer's Christmas DVD.  It has great sound and wonderful songs!

Manhanttan T's Christmas album is a perennial favorite.  Will have to add that to the weekend's play list.

Which TMT Christmas CD?  Their first one:

or their second, acapella [sic] CD?

You can click on the pictures! :D

I have the first one. The second one I had not heard about. The samples sound great.

But that doesn't mean they won't play around with it. "Improve it."

Back from a nice dinner at Kate Mantilini's and then Jews and Baseball, with a really nice crowd.  I spoke to edisaurus briefly before the show, but she knew so many people there there was no real chance at chatting.  I never got to say hi to Greg - he arrived just before the film began.  I was hoping to hang out with them after the film, but the director did a Q&A that showed no signs of ever ending and because I had to finish prepping for tomorrow's event, I'm afraid that after fifteen minutes of questions and answers and several people still raising their hands, I had to leave.  I felt bad about it but there was nothing I could do.  A few of the early questions were fine, but then people just started spouting off, not even really asking questions.

I'll discuss the film itself in the notes, which I must write right now.

I was hoping that edisaurus would have time to do a meal on this trip but since I haven't heard a peep from her about that, I'm assuming it won't happen.
