Listening to Jodi Benson sing "Winter Was Warm." Beautiful.

I also wish this winter were warm. Or at least warmer than it is.

Good Morning! Good Afternoon!

I'm up, I'm up... And since I ended up sleeping in until 11:30, well, there was no way I was going to make the Noon bus. However, I did get a very solid night of sleep, and I really am feeling much, much better. :)

Good morning, all! I slept until 9am because I could not sleep lst night. Around 10:30, I opened the new book on Bock and Harnick and decided around 12:30 to turn out the lights. At 2:30, I had a bowl of cereal, and I have no idea when I finally nodded off. I do recall that my last dream was very funny and rather bawdy.

Today, I wait for the package I shipped from Ohio on Monday and work on Victor Herbert lyrics. My first tasks are to finish the edits on BROADWAY BALLADS and pay a few bills.

And a Happy Hanukka to everyone celebrating it!

Isn't it really early this year? Or is it me?

I was wondering the same thing....whether it's early this year, that is..

The date changes every year. Some years it's early December and other years it falls around Christmas. It's like Easter. In 2011 Hannukah begins on December 21st.

Oh, yes,

Happy Chanukah/Hanukkah/Chanukkah/Hannukah

at sundown of course.

And all four of them are falling on the same date this year.

Last night I watched RUDOLPHE THE RED NOSED REINDEER and I took notice of a few Japanese names during the credits.  And I started wondering if there was any stop-motion animation being done in Japan during the 50's or 60's.  I don't recall ever seeing any.

Good morning, good day, how are you this beautiful day.  I am, at long last, up.  I guess I really needed a good night's sleep, since I was asleep at 11:45 and woke up at 10:30.  I feel ever so much better.
