It's time to head off to Toyland and then to my accountant, whose office is next door to Toyland. Around 1 After the tax meeting, I will meet up with Mr Skip Kennon for a few edits. We are working on "The Voice of the Waltz."

Thursday morning greetings!  SW Ohio is returning to normal and Rob drove HIS OWN CAR to fire class today.  I'll venture out later in MY OWN CAR - because I can.

Still a lot of snow? Drive safely.

It sounds as if the Gardenia show was a BIG HIT!!!  Congrats to MR BK and his cast and crew! Doesn't anybody ever take any PICTURES?

Probably on somebody's blog somewhere.

His father produced WICKED?  Whew.  Now I am thinking of "What's the Use" from CANDIDE.

One of my favorite sayings I got from Spanky McFarland.....

"Well.....there you are!"

And another from Oliver Hardy:

"You can imagine my embarrassment."

Still a lot of snow? Drive safely.

We had a dusting of snow last night, DR John G, but that just freshened things up and will provide some traction on the ice.  Now we're dealing with some after effects of the storm - a downed cable TV wire in our back yard (which doesn't seem to have interrupted our service...) and brown water (which usually indicates a water main break somewhere nearby).

I stepped out of my bank this morning, hit a patchg of ice, flew up into the air and landed on my back between my shoulder blades. My hat flew one way, my glasses another. The wonderful ladies coming in opposite directions ran to my assistance. One helped me up while the other retrieved my glasses and cap. Right now I'm very sore but happy there was no further damage.

Greetings from Toyland!

Ouch, DR Elmore. That hurt just reading about it. Glad you're just shaken up and not injured.

Usually it rains during the Phoenix Open Golf extravaganza. This year it is just too cold.
