In other news...

When I arrived at the corner of 33rd Street and 7th Avenue this morning to catch my Bolt Bus, I happened to run into DR Ben and his friend who were waiting for their Bolt Bus. As it turned out, the 6:30 Bolt Bus didn't leave until around 6:50, and the 7:00 didn't show up until around 7:05 due to another closure of the Holland Tunnel - this time due to maintenance and not a police incident. I believe DR Ben's 7:30 Bolt Bus pulled up right before mine left.

...And we shall all meet again at the Kennedy Center later tonight. :)

Well... The WiFi is starting to get wonky, and from the looks of it, it looks like I should be arriving at Union Station in about 20 minutes, so...

Laters...

Thank you all for the wonderful Birthday Wishes!

Good morning, DR Danise! What are you going to do today to celebrate?

Thank you, DR Elmore.  No plans.  It's just a day like any other.

Sheena and Toby had a another fight while I was at work the day before yesterday and both have hurt legs where they must have bit one another.  I'm keeping an eye on them today.  I'm honestly thinking that maybe it might be best to rehome them.   It's to lonely around here for one and if the two fight that's not good either.  It would break my heart but I have to consider what is best for them, not me.  I can't do it today with their legs hurt but next weekend I may take them to a no kill shelter.

Well, in Turner news--since I stopped his bankruptcy,  I guess he is having to sell his half million dollar home.

Any takers?

Hated the Will Rogers Follies and there is nothing from that show I would recommend.

I loved the Will Rogers Follies.

I went to see it with my parents. We were not sitting together. I wanted to leave at the interval. They didn't like it either. They wanted to leave at the interval as well. We all thought the each other like the show so we stayed.

It would have been the second musical I would have walked out

I was not impressed with THE WILL ROGERS FOLLIES.

The night we had tickets at the Pantages was the first night Keith Carradine had "quit," so we exchanged the tickets for a later performance...only to see Mac Davis in the role.

Kristin Chenoweth said this week that she wants to return tot he stage in a revival of "On the Twentieth Century" with her as Lily Garland.

That's actually perfect casting for her. I think she'd be wonderful.

Speaking of Cy, I'm listening to an old Ray Charles Singers album as I upload screencaps for a review and they just sang REAL LIVE GIRL.

Here is a special picture of my sister and me.  What makes it special is that we're both in our 60s and we only share the same decade once every 10 years, only for 8 months:

Thanks, DR JRand!  The photo is also special because it was taken by my future daughter-in-law.

Isn't Callithump, the sound you hear when a large cat jumps down from the kitchen counter?
