Good morning, all! I caught up on my sleep last night, although I had a huge dream that I was trying to buy tickets for my mother to see Patti Lupone in ANYTHING GOES, so I guess I was stuck somewhere around 1988 in my thoughts.
Today, I have more Victor Herbert work on EILEEN. My goddaughter Charlotte opens tonight in a show I really detest, FALSETTOLAND, at her old high school's summer theatre alumni program. I have no money at the moment, but if the invoice check arrives today, I will see it tonight. Much as I socially like Mr William Finn, I have liked very little of his work, particularly the three Falsetto musicals, whose charm eludes me and whose lyrics I find particularly poor. Still, for Charlotte's sake, I am willing to risk my mental health.
I have no other news at the moment, so let's head to the TOD:
DVD: DUCHESS OF DUKE STREET, LOUISIANA PURCHASE
