So, We're starting the holiday tomorrow.  The office is closed.  I have to work in the morning, packaging up a group of applications and documents that need to be sent off tomorrow and going to a pretrial conference, but then, it's a holiday.   It's too darn hot to really enjoy it, but just not having to go to the office will be great.

I am so glad that I stained the garage when I did.  Tomorrow afternoon I can start on some inside projects, I think I'll go through my closet and separate the clothes into "give to mom or my sister" "save for when skinny again" "send to goodwill" and keep in the closet.   I realize this isn't the sort of activity that people equate with vacation, but it makes me very happy so I really don't care.   Besides it's too darn hot to be outside

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

I think Britney Spears was an understudy in the off-Bway production of RUTHLESS.

And now I need to get ready for bed. -Thankfully, tomorrow is not a 13-hour day. Alas, it will be a 12-hour one.

Goodnight.

Every evening I like to go outside and see if any datura blossoms will open. Tonight I had 23. They all opened in three minutes.

Speaking of Ruthless, I ran into its star at Gelson's a couple of hours ago.  We all loved making that album.

For example, someone posts that edisaurus is dealing with some personal stuff and doing a movie.  That's fine, but then why is she all over Facebook?  You see, you see?  I think people hang out now on Facebook because they think it's about THEM.  Note to errant and truant people on Facebook - it's more about you HERE than there.  There are, for example, I don't know, a gazillion people on Facebook.

I don't like quoting from people's personal emails, but since you continually carp on this, here's what she wrote to me:

It's hard to just drop in on HHW...it's kind of like a serial vs. episodic tv. FB is something I can pop in and send a message and sort of "graze" superfically, but HHW requires more commitment (one of the things I love about it) and I feel that I can't do justice to it right now. I'm also going through some depressing personal stuff right now that I hope will sort itself out and have been somewhat of a hermit, but hope to eventually come out of it.

Okay?

I am back from a wonderful, but long, long evening at Lorraine Serabian's, and since it's so late, I know I will sleep late tomorrow.

BK, I don't mean to be snarky, but instead of posting snarky things about DR edisaurus, you could have emailed her and asked her how she is and what's going on.
