Vixmom, I am glad that you are getting a little bit of relaxation today.  You deserve a very long vacation.

Scary Monsters magazine - January, 2010.

Also includes an interesting interview with Michel Ray and others from SPACE CHILDREN.  Michel was on in LAWRENCE OF ARABIA.

I only saw SPACE CHILDREN once, when I was nine or ten; but boy do I remember that pulsating brain.  I remember pulling back the covers of my bed that night to make sure the brain wan't hiding in my bed.

But he played neither Lawrence or Arabia.

Was he one of Lawrence's young boy friends?

Today's Signs of the Apocalypse Department:  The Smurfs movie topped Cowboys and Aliens at the B.O. according to Variety.

Some how my mind went to a totally different place.

But how can they tell after only a day!!

DR TCB, thanks for posting that hilarious clip of Rainbow Randy dating Mel Gibson...I knew Mel was a holy terror, but had no idea to what extent!

Here is another funny Rainbow Randy clip where he tries to save the cast of Broadway's SPIDER MAN.

That was great.  Poor Miss Julie.

Hmmmm....of hand I can't think of any science fiction films made from 2001 to today that I have seen, so I can't really answer this question.

What?  How about KOl... MIl GAVA?

I haven't watched it yet :(

I need to see E.T. first, so that I can compare the two.

Maybe BK should leave the notes that way and see if it generates more sales than usual.

You have made that point before, elmore. Sometimes, though, I just like to indulge in pure trash, much like your video collection.

One of the stars of that movie used to be a regular on this site.

Thank you, Jose.  And I hope that you and the cast and the orchestra and the crew break legs twice today!

Isn't that film supposed to be pretty scary for kids?
I am not worried about Taylor and Benjamin, but I am not sure that you should see this film, Mikey.

I have never heard of this artist... or group... or band.  I guess they probably don't expect me to buy tickets either.

BK, you should ask one of Melody's parents to join our little group.

I think it would be so exciting to see her first performance of her act in front of an audience.

Sounds impressive to me.

If his distribution is chronic
And his writing's pointed and keen
Though his magazine's electronic
And it's only read on a screen

Though he's mainly been read by fans online so far
The chances are
The guy is a star

Back from the four-mile jog, errands and whatnot, and a little plate of matzo brei, which is surprisingly very calorie-friendly at under 300.
