TOD:

Nobody ever sends me flowers.

 :'(

But, when I send them, they are usually roses.

So, I'll say: ROSES.

Just picked up the rehearsal dinner invitations from the printer - finally!  They had the same trouble that the Staples tech had, but they were willing to solve the problem, not just blame my Mac.  Price was a little higher than their original quote because of some extra set-up, but still lower than the quote from Staples.  My to-do list now includes addressing & stamping...

Betsy loves frisia (sp?), so I try to always have that in any flower arrangement I give to her.  Years ago I ordered a bouquet for her and it turned out the one they delivered did not have frisia which I had specfically requested, so I called and raised holy hell with the florist.  The owner did another arrangement and brought it to my house where he told me to tell Betsy how much he enjoyed listening to her reports from the Oregon Trail, which were then airing regularly on KEX.  It taught me to be careful since Betsy was a media personality in those days.  ;)

Sad to tune into Master Chef after a couple of weeks away and find my favorite contestant...Ben....gone.

I didn't mind who went home last night.....should have happened a few weeks ago......but I really dislike one of the final three and hope that person goes....and is not part of the final two.

AND I HOPE I get home from music rehearsal in time to see the end of the show tonight......should not be a problem.

DR ELMORE in order to give Morgan La Fey more to do - at your request - she will be onstage throughout the show accompanying the singers on the banjo or dulcimer.

on the Prairie Home Companion there was a couple - man and woman - who played banjo and fiddle, I think - and did Rodgers and Hammerstein tunes......I just remember a particularly country-fied version of Shall We Dance......

Don't know the name of the duo and I can't find a You Tube of them.......if anyone happens to remember who they might have been......or if I dreamed it.

On HGTV Design Star:

I was not sad to see eliminated the person who went home after last night's episode.

So much ego, so little demonstrated talent except for making others miserable.

Something weird just happened on this page--none of Jose's posts showed--his name was there and his signature, but nothing in the post area.

Just blame Jose.
