DR JRand61, thanks for the analysis. I'm puzzled by it, but any thoughts are welcome.

I'm off for the day. I'll report back when I get home tonight.

My email is just one fascinating item after another this morning:

The only thing keeping you from becoming a police officer is the proper training. Right now, respected schools across the country are offering degree programs that will give you all the skills you need to succeed in law enforcement. Find a school now

I think you should become a police officer - if the only thing that's stopping you is the proper training.  I see ads on television everyday that let me know it only takes THREE WEEKS of training to be a OTR Semi Truck Driver OR an airplane mechanic.....I'm thinking I will take six weeks and learn both trades!

I'm up after over nine hours of blessed sleep.  One odd little dream involved singer Elaine Paige.  Why?  I've never given her one moment's thought save for the evening I saw her in Follies.

The rhime was certainly on the pumpkin this morning (or at least it was on my car.)

I am not familiar with this term, and Google was not my friend.  Is it something like dew?

Oops!  I mispelled rime which I was probably misusing as a form of frost.

The Ancient Mariner was covered with frost?  How unseemly.   ;D

I watched an episode of PAN AM.  I thought it suggested the 60's much more than THE PLAYBOY CLUB did, but still didn't catch my interest enough for a return.

I think they should have done a hospital drama set in the 60's--that would have been more fun!

They did:  Dr. Kildare and Ben Casey.   ;)

I still have dim memories of some Kildare or Casey episode I caught whilst a child home sick from school and the show was running in reruns during daytime.  It started with some young girl driving into a truck that had lumber sticking out of the back.  They couldn't figure out why it had happened but ultimately discovered she was epileptic and had suffered a seizure because the truck's blinker light had created a seizure.  Why I should remember this episode when I can't recall my children's names is rather disturbing.
