About 20 years ago or so, the New York Magazine Competition had as one if its contests, ideas for songs for a musical version of "Miracle Worker."

Helen has that big 11 o'clock number, "                         ".

Parade opened last night to a great audience response.  I hope word of mouth gets out and the seats are filled for the run, it's not to be missed here in the Bay Area.

And now, work.

Are we all on time today?

Well, there is a 3-hour difference, but I've been moving since 6:30 EST (7:30 by yesterday's clock!).

Mikey's on the site! Going to the gym really early today? Is that when the retirement home buses pull up?

If you go to youtube and type in Outside the Box you don't get your video, which is frustrating.

If you type in Outside the Box by Bruce Kimmel you get it and the trailer.

Here is the link for episode 1:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDzawV6B1vU

DR Jennifer - The search results on YouTube are based on previous searches by the millions of people who use YouTube each day. Since "Outside the Box" just premiered, it may take a few more searches and hits for it to come up in the first page of search results. However, as you already mentioned, once you add "Kimmel" to you search parameters... Additionally, with the way bk titled the channel, "OutsideTheBoxSeries", if you search for "OutsideTheBoxSeries", then it will come up first.

I hate how youtube works. If i type in "outside the box" then maybe first they could give that title. The things that it brought up were not even close to it. :(

Did you expect YouTube to read your mind? ;)

YouTube is Google, so even if you go to Google and search for "outside the box", well, there a lot search results that will come up if you search for that phrase.

If you had already subscribed to the "OutsideTheBoxSeries" channel, then all you had to do was go to your YouTube "homepage" and click on your subscriptions.

I sent the youtube link to everyone in the Appalachian show, and Steve McIntyre, the bass player, who's our comic relief moonshiner, just wrote me:
I laughed till I cried.  That was hilarious.  I did not expect them to go there.

The 3rd episode of the 1st season is TREASURE OF THE SIERRA MADRE (Walker in the Huston part) and a later episode is TO HAVE AND HAVE NOT...set against the Mexican revolution.  Walker does the Bogart role.

Much of the dialogue from the movies is used in these episodes.

I remember we commented on the Sierra Madre one but not the Have Not-odd since we have seen it so many times.  I think we saw the Mexican revolution episode you are referring to.

DR Jennifer, I forgot to mention that we thought THE MENTALIST episode was terrific.  I think this has been the best season of the show.  I can't say I thought it was creepy.  I loved how I could watch Baker's face & know what he was thinking & was surprised Keith didn't know.

So nice to wake up to these comments, plus the You Tube comments, plus the Facebook comments.  Now to figure out how to keep spreading the word.  I've been loathe to start threads about it on the B'way boards because of the people who have a bug up their ASSES about me.

Perhaps Guy Haines would like to trade dealing with each other's ASSES.  ;)

As I recall, Peggie Castle played the Lauren Bacall role...just like Lauren Bacall.

Or should I ask that on "Ask BK Day"?

I don't think we have seen this episode yet.  We are still waiting for the LAWMAN episode when Castle joins the cast.
