This morning is the load in.

I'll be gone all day.

We will come home for dinner and then I will probably crash.

No plans for anything this weekend.

Good morning all

I woke up around 4am with a colitis attack.

I have reading up on what exactly I have. It is chronic.

Sunday (First day of the week) I am starting an ""Elimination Diet""
I stop eating products that have:

certain meats and fish
sugar
wheat
dairy (Activa seems to be okay but we'll See)
Some Fruit (I can have mangos, papays and banana. I dislike the first two, but papaya helps in digestion so I'll try its)
Sodas are out
Fruit juices, but I can have it if they are diluted with water
alcohol (Don't drink it anyway)
coffee/tea

After three weeks I can start introducing 1 group at a time.
So it seems it's going to be a long process

But the 1st three weeks ends just before Xmas so I will be able to have dinner with the family.

I am hoping to get the remastered version of Lost Horizon so I can watch. It takes forever to get here by post. (I think they send it the cheapest by truck.) :-)

I am also awaiting a package of items that I paid for on November 15.....when I contacted the seller yesterday, she wrote....she doesn't know what happened....and anyway they were not insured, so she can't do anything about it.

Well, one of the lumps they removed during Dad's colonoscopy was cancerous. So, he goes in for a CAT scan on the 14th to see if it spread. The doctor had thought she got it call.

Dad sounded OK, not great but not bothered by prospect. He just sounds tired.

I told him that I could finish the book wherever I was, at this point, and that I had a free ticket on Southwest, if they needed me home. I don't know if I'll get that call or not.

So, please keep him in your prayers. i would appreciate it.

DVD: The Cranes are Flying. Often heard of this 1957 Russian film but never got round to seeing it before.

CD: Lots in reserve - I seem to listen to music less and less because I have so many films to watch.

Good morning, all! I slept rather well, and all I remember of my last dream is that Christopher Fitzgerald was in it and it had something to do wth a rehearsal.

This morning, I have a trek to Toyland to check on the space and a side trip to Rodgers & Hammerstein to deliver the new Victor Herbert CDs to Ted Chapin and Bruce Pomahac. I also need to make a post office stop and send a package to David Lutken, After that, I've got more work on the DEAREST ENEMY vocal score corrections.

DR Jose, did you and I see the Hunter Foster BONNIE & CLYDE together? I really liked it, too.

It's amazing: I find Frank Wildhorn the worst thing to happen to musicals since Sir Andrew, and people keep producing his shows! I know so many more talented writers who can't get a foot in the door. Sad.
