Just got home from a solstice party.   Nice to see everyone.  I'm tired...night.   I's snowing, but won't last.  It's been in the 40s all week and will be probably until New Years.  What a bizarre winter.

I'm so hungry but I'm really trying not to eat anything else tonight.  Difficult.  I had a breakfast burrito at noon - had a bit of guacamole on it but not that much food.  Had a bit of the cherry loaf, Fruity Snacks and a couple of Bonbel low-fat cheese things - but I'm still really really hungry.  I could actually make another egg burrito - just use one tortilla and one egg - not too much damage and would probably do the trick.

Alas, I still have to track down one more item the Wish List for my nieces and nephew. Thankfully, two of my nieces specifically asked for cash and/or gift cards. I'm hoping to hit another Target in the morning - in a few hours - to procure the last item.

And when I got back to my parents' house a couple of minutes ago, I stumbled on something that was left on the stairs. It turned out to be an envelope from DR elmore! -Thank You! *And thanks for not sending your usual "stuff" since my parents opened it. -Well, I hope you didn't send your usual "stuff". ::)

Of course, once I got to Wal-Mart I was just running on fumes... And since I couldn't track down the one thing I was still looking for, well... Oohh! Mallomars!... Terra Chips... Cranberry Ginger Ale... Snack Mix... Eyeglass cleaning cloths... Etc., etc., etc.

And, of course, the woman in front of me, after paying most of her purchase off with a $100 gift card, paid the balance of her purchase - all $15.85 of it - in change. Mainly nickels. At first I was annoyed, but then it was sort of entertaining watching the cashier trying to add up all of those coins.

Well, I didn't get to see a lot of the show, but what I saw was cherce!  They were very good, the audience loved them and we sold all of two glasses of wine...and no beer!  From a concessions point of view, it was really weird.  Not that there's anything wrong with people not drinking, but I've never worked concessions and served alcohol and practically NO ONE bought any.  Obviously, they only came to see the show...and they loved it. :D
