I love the scarf, DR Ginny.  I used to make them but I just haven't had time here lately.

Thanks, DR Danise!  It's so nice to have you back here with us!

I just heard that theatre critic Howard Kissel has died. He was an old friend and his health had been awful for several years.

The Hudson is a great hotel at Columbus Circle. I've had friends stay there.

DR Jane I do not have to go anywhere tomorrow. I guess it depends what it is like out. But I just checked the weather forecast and there is only supposed to be two cms more snow tomorrow. There still could be another ten cms tonight. But they clean the snow very quickly here.

Re: Margo Martindale. I enjoyed her in THE RICHES, then again in JUSTIFIED. She's PERFECT for JUSTIFIED, I think. What a character!
I remember when she was Paul Newman's gal pal in "Nobody's Fool" and I've always enjoyed watching her. But here, she's so evil, she's great.

The shortlist for the oddest book title prize is really odd -- and funny.

Worked at Grant's for four hours - we entered all the fixes, then captioned the photos, which he'd already placed in the book, then we assembled the cover and back cover - all we need now is the flap copy and the blurbs and this puppy can be on the way to the publisher.  I'll post the cover photo at midnight.  I LOVE the cover!

Came home and watched episode eight of Downton Abbey - superb.  Now I've just got Christmas at Downton Abbey left, which I'll save for Sunday.

Tonight at "A Bucket of Blood," we had a GREAT audience!  It wasn't filled, but they were responsive and laughed at lines that had never gotten laughs before...and they weren't inappropriate laughs, either!  They obviously loved the show! :D
