Back from the memorial, which almost went exactly to plan - one person, who told me they weren't sure they wanted to speak because they didn't know if they had much to say, ended up agreeing to speak and instead of the allotted five minutes, did a little over fifteen - it was really the only hiccup - he just couldn't stop. It was a lovely celebration, mostly consisting of personal anecdotes between speaker and the teacher.
