My letter to EW was about a sex book.

Thanks, DR JRand!  I went through my closet one more time last night and found a surprising match for the new jacket - something my late mother-in-law made for me about 20 years ago as a prototype before cutting into the really expensive material.  I've gotten way more use out of the prototype than the "real thing."

But I'll check Fashion Bug, too, for future reference!

You may be surprised.  That's the store Molly did the fashion show for.....she found several tops and skirts and my sisters and niece bought several things, too.

Will all three STAGES Cd's be released at once?

I have to start saving my $$$ if that is the case.

I guess that's my ASK BK question for the day.

That's the plan, but I'm going to do a special price for all three.

I'm up and giving a listen to the Sondheim changes, which seem fine.  So, this one can get mastered.

Do any of you horticulturalists know anything about Daphne?  I got a beautiful Daphne shrub last year, but our recent snow split it into three parts.  I called the nursery and they said to just bind it together with gardening tape and it would regraft, which I did, but I had to cut off a big branch that was simply too broken to keep with the main bush.  So I am wondering if that branch will root if I stick it in dirt?  Does Daphne do that?

Former reader Matt H. also had at least one letter, if not more, published in, I believe, EW.

JMK, sorry. If you asked a question about yerba mansa, I could have answered that. We don't have Daphne here.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Happy, Healthy Midweek Vibes for everyone! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BK, if the sound is so awful with this PROMISES PROMISES sequence, why not cut it entirely and make the recording a 1-disc job, ifthere's enough salvageable material in the second act?
Just had a discussion with David Galligan about this very thing - I think the plan is going to be to try and use almost all of the second act in its entirety and then add to it three or four of the Promises songs - that will solve all problems.
10 STORY TREEHOUSE
I will receive an update on DR TCB sometime tomorrow after his friend has visited him.  I'll post then.  In the meantime I will continue to check his Facebook page for updates from friend's who visit or talk to him.  As I know some of you have seen his page is loaded with messages.
There was a Daphne on DARK SHADOWS but I don't recall anything about her being split into parts.
It's actually shaping up to be fun. We'll now be grilling clams and oysters in addition to the expected ham. Bubbles, which are great with oysters, and some wines. And good friends. With that list in reverse order.
So, I now need to get my mind wrapped around a job opportunity that has just come up. It would mean a bit more money. I would still be a contract writer, but it does come with health insurance. It sounds like fun, too. And since it is online, I might be able to do it from San Antonio without relocation. The home office is out of Atlanta, which means that if I had to move, the extra money would not be enough to cover the higher cost of living there.
