In yet another perfect example of NW weather, looking out East it is bright sun across the Willamette, while here in our neighborhood it is drizzling.

I have a lot of writing to get done today, most of it about less than wonderful films.

I have some of that to do as well DR JMK.  What do you say about a ... terrible film after you asked What were they thinking?

My question for ASK BK DAY - did Annette's daughter's husband ever move that junk car?

Yes, after two tickets he finally moved it elsewhere.  It came back about five weeks ago, but was only here two days that time.

I'm up.  I was awakened at nine by the ringing of the doorbell - it was the Handy Man, who hadn't gotten here yesterday - he fixed the sprinkler timer and this time put a battery in, so that should we ever have another outage it will go to the battery and won't get all screwed up.

I just took the time to see that the book is available for pre-order on Amazon.com. The cover needs to be updated, but it's still cool:

Pictures of Pembroke Castle

John J: Parts of the castle are in good condition because a lot of restoration work has been done but some of the castle is in ruins.

Jane: Yes the Pembroke corgis come form Pembrokeshire.

There is a huge cavern underneath the castle which has been in use as a place of safety for people for the past 12,000 years

A tableaux in one of the rooms of the castle depicting the birth of Henry VII:

Love the photos DR DOUG R.

My 19th Back Grandfather was Lord Stanley - who I think married the mother of Henry VII.....Margaret Beaufort...he was her 4th husband.

Jane, I,too, am sorry that you're having to face this decision, but Ihave to agree with the rest that this is the best for all of you.

Thank you.  I know it is.  We just had to do the research and be sure we didn't miss anything.  It is difficult when reading stories of great success.  Many of the stories are of people who are thrilled to have gained four months.  To us that isn't enough to risk a reaction to the drugs.
