TOD - The first deli I remember was Darby's in Detroit.  My parents would stop there after their theatre dates and bring home corned beef sandwiches and dill pickles.  Of course, in Cincinnati it's all about Izzy's, where the Reubens and beef barley soup are fantastic.  Our NY favorite is Artie's, where I hope DR Elmore and other Hainsies will join us some time between May 20 and 24...

I don't really know from Deli Food - although corned beef is a favorite of mine........I shall look forward to posts from others today.

The Big Storm that Accuweather predicted earlier this week is about to hit. Accuweather said it was supposed to leave us .68 inches of rain, which would about wash us all out of the desert.

There's some famous deli in L.A. I remember we went to when we were down there for our nephew's bris.  This was early in Betsy's and my marriage and she had been insisting to me that her parents never argued.  Well, they got into a very intense but whispered verbal scuffle at the deli that morning and I later told Betsy the only difference between how her parents argued and how my parents argued was the volume level.  :)
