Well, you've read the notes, the notes had gluten and plenty of it, and now it is time for you to post until the gluten-free cows come home.

I ordered Lysistrata Jones, but it hasn't arrived, yet.

I also ordered three other CDs at the same time:  Bonnie & Clyde, Newsies and Dee Does Broadway...the last two were delivered to my work yesterday.

TOD:

With the page proofs to be read and the food/wine festival underway, I doubt I will get to listen or watch anything this weekend except some Italian lesson in the car. The trip is now  less than two weeks away and I am not ready.

Today is a work day.  Of course.  Oh well.

DR GEORGE every time I see a promo for GREY'S ANATOMY, I can't help thinking - is this show STILL ON?  And every promo has one of the characters being fired or one of the character's life is in jeopardy.  I saw the plane crash promo several times.....and Sandra Oh was making the same acting face she always makes.....and I couldn't help but remember at least SIX promos this season when she made the same face while being told something she had done would result in her being FIRED from the hospital......but still she remains.

Good morning, all! I slept very well, and I only recall part of a dream iabout painting an apartment; I think my friend Douglas Howard may have been in the dream as well.

The laundry is in the washers, and I have several hours to kill with nothing to eat or drink before my physical exam at 11:30. It's going to be a looooooong morning. I'm dying for some coffee!

Things on the office front are looking up, which cheers me up enormously. I will have very good news soon, I hope.

TOD:
DVD: Lady in a Cage, and a few more Netflix items
CD: Victor Herbert songs, Once, Liszt Hungarian Rhapsodies
    VCR: porn

TOD:

CD - Television's Greatest Hits

DVD - Rebellion of Thought, which was given to me by a client so that we could discuss it.  It is about Modernism and Post Modernism which I haven't thought about in decades, but now that I have watched the DVD, I am thinking about it again.  Most interesting.

Continued good news vibes for DR ELMORE.

Painting an apartment, particularly with a friend, means that you are improving said relationship with said friend, or have a desire to - it also points to agreement on subjects with said friend.

Jrand61: Sorry, I've been digesting it. Your interpretation sounds very prescient because it seems to tie in with a major family meeting which is coming up in two weeks.

DVD/Blu-ray:  Last night, "The Big Heat" and "Pillow Talk", a serendipitously well balanced double feature.  Would that I could do this well every night.  Or day.

CD:  One more disc of Proust, to catch up to where I left off reading it a few years ago, which was exactly the halfway point -- I'd finished The Guermantes Way (which is not to be confused with The Hollywood Way).  I shall then resume the REAL reading and save the second half of the CD set for a review sometime after that.  Whereupon it will be time to start all over again.  Right?  I believe that's the way with Proust.
