BTW the Vixter and I really enjoyed  Leap of Faith  as did the audience we saw it with -  we were very surprised that the reviews were bad

 I loved "Dark Shadows". The critics didn't, but I did. Love that Tim Burton/Johnny Depp combo.

As we were leaving the theatre we were talking about wanting to buy the OBC recording --- which I assume will not be forthcoming....

unless that is the reason for the producers wanting to be on the Tonys

One of my favorite quotes from the movie takes place when Barnabus Collins, the vampire, escapes after being entombed for 200 years. He was horrified by the sight of McDonalds...that big letter M and those yellow arches....his reaction was priceless...

"Satan! Mock me not with your strange luminence!"

I was disappointed in the other film...great cast, bad screenplay, silly plot, very contrived.
What a waste.

There will be an album. Label hasn't been announced, but I think Menken is footing the bill himself.

Finished with my viewing, an all The Bridge evening - four episodes - compulsively addictive.  And so far no bad episodes or missteps, although they just killed a character I REALLY liked.  So, my hatred of whoever the villain is just went up 500%.
