I also have something else to share.  I don't know how you feel about Hypnotherapy but I found a wonderful app for both the iPhone and the Android phone.  It's by Joseph Clough.  I won't go into a lot of details but I went to see a counselor and she felt I am very stressed out.  Of course the first recommondation was to put me on some kind pill.  If you know me, you know that I don't like taking any kind of drug and asked her for a more natural alternative to help relieve it.  We discussed a few treatments and Hypnotherapy came up.

I felt more open to trying that then the "take a pill" method.   I did some web research and stumbled on Joseph's website.  Since he gives most of his sessions away for free I decided to download his free app and to make a long story short, I honestly believe he is helping me.  He is on Facebook as well and is very accessible.  He seems to be a very nice young man.

Just thought I would throw this out there in case anyone who is stress out can give it a try.

That sounds great. Glad it is helping you.

Morning all!

More mega vibes for Zach!!!!

Always glad to see VixMom posting!

To answer your question, the pillow I bought was a Suprima made by Tempra Pedic.  I got it at Bed, Bath and Beyond.  I think the curve in it makes a big difference because it cradles my neck.

http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=17703196

Hope that link works. I swear it's almost scary as to how good I feel.  To wake up and feel so rested--that has been unknown to me for the longest time.

And no one deserves it more, DR Danise.

Be sure to send an e-mail of praise to the makers of the pillow.  You might get something back from them.

Gee, Danise, I can't imagine why you could possibly be stressed out.

That auto museum looks like it might be a nifty place to visit one day! Love looking at old cars!

Thanks for the nice words on the "news story." My friend, and fellow Bollywood blogger, Greta was a part of it also. I don't know what made the writer choose us to interview, but I am glad that she did.

Oh, and yes I have had my Bollywood blog for a couple of years now...although for the last year I have done nothing much with it. The last  few months, however, I have begun adding to it again, interviewing a couple of Hindi film directors and an up-n-coming actor and posting some fun old vintage Bollywood movie advertisements.

Yes, and eBay "anonymizes" bidding now.  But they're too stupid to realize there's a workaround.

I had a pet turtle named Elmer who got soft shell.  My Dad told me he took Elmer back to the store, but I found out years later they actually flushed him down the toilet.

On my way down to Toyland, I tried to check my home phone messages, in case there was word about the plumber. On every call, I kept getting a busy signal, which sent me into apanicand I hopped on the subway and came home. No messages, no busy signal now when I call my phone, and no word from a plumber. Damn.

So, I'm home.

Don't ya just love euphemisms?

Kid: Hey, where's Gramma?
Dad: We took her back to the store.

I had to order a copy of my birth certificate. I have no idea where the one I have can possibly be, and I need it to apply for my musician's union pension.

Now for the frustration of the week.....

I did a slide show with music with Cast Bios......we got a donation of a 22" flatscreen and a 32" flatscreen - and I decided last year - with some help - that it would be great to put these in the lobby on the screen!

I used a couple of programs and finished it up.....took a few hours.

Tech Director sends me a photo of the tv in the lobby - the 22" Screen.......it seems they want the LARGER screen for the PIT....which means all of that LIGHT in the house.....and they are putting it on a beam where it will be visible to all of the people sitting house left....and ALL THAT LIGHT.....although it will go dark during blackouts....

But that means the lobby TV is so small, that it is hard to read the writing on the slides.....since it is also mounted about 4 feet over our heads.

THEN.....the TD kept telling me that the slides were cut off on the sides....although they looked fine on my computer AND on two DVD players and one Blu Ray player and two different televisions at my house.

I have redid them TWICE....still a problem.  We have tried all of the different display settings on the player & the TV.  Finally I asked him - "Are you running the DVD player directly to the television?"

"Uh - well....no....I am running it through the coaxial cable and the CCTV system so we can see it on all the screens....uh....maybe that's why it's messed up....."

"Could we run it directly from the DVD player?"  I asked.

"Oh no.....I want it on all the screens to keep the cast out of the lobby......"

I redid the slides AGAIN trying to keep everything in the CENTER of the screen....we will see if it works tonight.....  He never wanted to use slides....he wanted to use Power Point...which I don't think would be as nice.....but if it doesn't work.....

Well....he will get his wish.....he will get to do the slideshow bios.....JUST THE WAY HE WANTED TO FROM THE BEGINNING.

Oh I thought maybe you were running for president on the Hottentot ticket....

Your post about Noel Coward gave me the idea for my autobiography:  Destiny's Hottentot!

It will sell like hotcakes.
