Well, you've read the notes, the notes had a screed, which was not known to Word, and now it is time for you to post until the unknown cows come home.

Good morning, all! Last night's ordeal with "the potion" was a 3-hour course, begun at 5:50 and finished at 8:30. Since I have to do it again this morning, I figured Iwould start around 3:30 and not risk any social accidents happening on my way to the East Side for the colonoscopy. It will take me 30-45 minutes to get there, depending on buses.

So, that's my next three hours. I will watch the news, read the Hart biography, and bide my time.

Yesterday (Sunday) was a very long day of rehearsing "Titus Andronicus."  I'm not acting in the show.  I'll be running the slides and sound effects.  I got there at about 12:45 pm and we didn't leave until 10:30!  Fortunately, I ate before I got there and someone brought pizza.  For tonight's rehearsal, the board (of which I am an officer-at-large) is providing food.  We should've provided it for today's exceedingly long rehearsal, but for some reason, we didn't.

Anyway, I'm going to bring some spinach and cheese ravioli in spaghetti sauce.  I just finished making it and put it in the fridge.  I'll just have to heat it up at work before I leave work.  It's very good...even for frozen ravioli and bottled spaghetti sauce. :)

ChasSmith, I'm glad that you were able to download the "My Fair Lady" MP3s without any trouble and John G., I'm VERY SORRY that you had troubles! :-\

Hopefully, Ben's suggestion of the uninstaller worked!

After all this beautiful weather it it predicted to be another hot day. Somewhere between 88 and 92. Currently, it's 72 and pleasant. I'll close the curtains and keep the fan on blowing around the already existing cool air and see how that works.

I haven't been to Canada since I was a child and then it was to Windsor, which is just across the bridge from Detroit. My grandparents had relatives there and if I recall correctly, my great grandparents lived there but I have only very vague memories of them.

Morning all.  I slept very well last night.  I must have been tired despite the nap.

Today the AC people will be here this afternoon so I only have to be a work for half a day.  Hoo and Ray!

Vibes to DR Elmore.  I confess I am surprised they would allow you to ride the bus.  I have to keep bothering Thelma because they won't let me catch a cab home and want someone to watch over me for 24 hours afterwards.  Must be different up North.

Have a wonder filled day and vibes to all who need or want them!

Danise, it depends on your doctor. Every time I've had a colonoscopy I have needed a companion because they wouldn't release me to go home alone. I didn't need anyone to watch over me for 24 hours but I did need someone to go home with me.

I have survived the two preps. It tasted like lemon-flavored soap. I will leave in around 30 minutes and head for the bus. My friend Andy will pick me up, and we'll take a taxi back to the West Side, have breakfast in a diner (yum!), he's off to work, and I will come home and sleep. I am most looking forward to breakfast. I'm starving.

I'll check in when I get home.

Good morning, all.

Woke up a bit early, almost not knowing where I was - let alone what day it is - due to some unusual turns on what might otherwise have been fairly typical dreams.  Very interesting tone to the whole thing, and I'm trying to bring a couple of the scenes into focus.

Monday morning greetings!  My Mom has a doctor's appointment late this morning, so I'll be away a bit during the middle of the day.
