I had a great day today.  After a night of sleep without pain pills. (Yeah!)  I really felt good this morning.  We got quite a few things done at the office and ......the insurance check came in the mail!!!!!!    It was a pain in the butt to get it so the funds will be available tomorrow at my bank, but I managed to do it. SO tomorrow after my 2:00 hearing is over, I'll take the rental car back and get a ride to the dealership where I'll actually buy my new Red Rav4.  I can't wait!

So much wonderful news :)

VIBES YOU FEEL EVEN BETTER TOMORROW!

DR Elmore, drinking lots of ice water or ice tea can help you feel cooler

VIBE FOR AC REPAIR ASAP~~~~~~~~~~

For 12 years we lived on the East Coast without air.  Cooking, cleaning, caring for children & pets was sooo much fun.  Sometimes I would spend hours in the market shopping.

DITTO ON THE AC VIBES!

Speaking of technology, they had to get my car from Minneapolis because I wanted this option http://www.toyota.com/entune/

I really just wanted XM radio, but couldn't get it without getting the whole technology option, so this is what I decided to go for.

So here is the "game" I am playing on Forgotten Musicals. A photo is posted and one has to guess what the musical is.

I should add, you can't use the touch screen while you're driving, but you can do voice commands.

I have been online pricing portable AC units. Perhaps tomorrow I will walk to the local PC Richard and check them out.

Good night!

Saw an ad for gluten-free cat food. Didn't know that cats get celiac disease, too.

My cat Boo throws up any cat food with wheat gluten in it.  What food was it?
Sheba. Hope it helps.

Danny Boyle says don't go to the bathroom during the first 15 minutes of the Opening Ceremony.   He says the first hour shouldn't be missed, but definitely don't miss the first 15 minutes

Possible thunderstorms in DC in the next few hours.  It reached 100 degrees again today ( I think it's about the 6th time this month).
It didn't get that hot down here today. In fact, it's been quite pleasant. Low 90s, I would say.

Or just record it.

Not sure is it going to be aired live in the US or just in primetime? I wonder what time it will be on here. I think i saw 4-7:30pm and then repeated from 7 something till 11pm.

I watched THE MOD SQUAD tonight. Funny how the road to a small town in Mexico would look so much like Mulholland Drive.

Good Evening!

Well... The rehearsal I had earlier was for the wedding that I'll be playing for this weekend. Claybourne Elder and Eric Rosen will be tying the knot, and a bunch of their friends will be singing various songs at the reception. There's quite a nice line-up of singers/Broadway folk/friends, and I'm so happy to be along for the ride. I'll be heading upstate tomorrow afternoon with DR elm ore's office-mate, Curtis, and back Sunday morning. -And the rehearsal dinner tomorrow night is a pool party!

*And since I was meeting up with Curtis tonight, we also had a chance to start going over the new material in Triangle. I really am so happy to be reunited with this show.
