Jeanne, the reason for doing the vocals here was simple - Guy Haines is here and Euan Morton is here and I did not want to stay another two days in NY.  I'm much more comfortable here.

Listening to music - it will be the first release of a classic Jerry Lewis film score - one was released from one of his terrible 80s comedies (Hardly Working or the other one whose title I've obliterated from my memory), but there has never been a CD release of any Jerry film from his classic 50s and 60s period.

Back, very tired, but what a great day.

More later.

That Irish music video is incredible, DR Elmore.

The final night of restaurant week: watermelon-jalapeno soup, lamb and merguez sausage with handmade cousous and the best turnips I've ever had, and almond tart, amazing almond tart.

I started watching a motion picture and was soon out like a light - for about thirty minutes.  So, that was kind of good and now I've decided to go to the Nuart.  The East Coast Singer is meeting me there at 11:45, we'll see whatever this pre-show thing is, and then I'll come directly home and go right to bed.  My intention is to write the notes, post them, and then be on my way.
