After that, I received a funny e-mail from an overseas customer who'd specifically bought the second edition of Follies because he wanted it as a collector. He got it, but it was the first edition. That made no sense to me, so I asked the helper what was up, and she told me all of the second editions she's been sending out have the original limitation line. That was news to me, since I'd approved the new inlay card and the designer had approved the film. I called the pressing plant and they confirmed that they'd used the new version that was sent to them. I called the printer and found out that despite the approvals of the new film, they accidentally used the old version. Unbelievable. They are now printing the second edition inlay and it will go to the pressing plant, who will then unpackage all the CDs they have and repackage with the new inlay card. We've not shipped all that many, so the majority will say second edition.
