Just been writing up a recipe for Junior's Egg Creams. Now it's all I can think about. Must go home and make. And drink. And make again.

I am creating an itinerary for my Saturday visit with DR JoseSPiano...we will be eating our way through Portland, that is for sure!

Got some nifty restaurants and dessert places lined up for us. Yummm.

Is that a Cloud backup thingy, DR Matthew?

I need to sign up for one of those next month, and I am hoping they are simple to use.  :-\

Busy day so far. First a long drive to check out the milkweed tree. Only when I got about two miles from it, the road was closed because of "road debris." Probably rocks in the road in the wash from the big rainstorm a few weeks ago.

Then over to my friend's house to get some caterpillars. She is running out of pipevine.

The AC men are here. I now have a new air conditioner with a remote  contol!

The circuit breaker was the problem. The old one might still be useable.

Rehearsal went well.  Got the news that James McCloskey, who, for many many years taught and/or ran the LACC Theater Academy has passed away.  He was ninety-five, so what an incredible and very long life he had.  I did many shows with him, and wrote the musical version of The Comedy of Errors with him, and he was responsible always for letting me come back and do my new musicals there.  I saw him about two months ago, and he has always been very supportive of whatever I've done.  He went into the hospital for some surgery and passed away there.

TOD:

I have ridden a horse several times in the past and done a little barrel racing. I love horses and dogs. There are times I actually prefer animals to people as they do not judge a person.

I enjoy a good baseball or hockey game. I also enjoy soccer... Go ARsenal!

Awww...yes, he had a good long life.  I'm sorry you've lost your friend, though.  I'm glad you have good memories of him.
