Night, all.

(And Cillaliz, I agree. I want it to end. But y'all vote tomorrow if you haven't already.)

Oh I agree everyone needs to vote....I voted September 28th.

tomorrow morning I will take the Vixter to our polling center or her first presidential election as a voter

That's exciting!

I thought about the old gas prices when the newscaster announced to day that gas prices had plummeted to 3.50 a gallon

The prices here before the storm were about $3.75 but now they are $4.17 and up ---

The Hess was selling at $3.86 today but the line was over 2 miles long -  I paid $4.17  at both stations

That's not bad considering the lack of gas.

It is 3.10 or less in the Twin cities. Fargo is down to 3.29

That's what I figured - my real concern is that with the expected storm and so many trees weakened by the hurricane is that the expected 45 MPH winds will be causing a lot more electrical outages and further gas shortages

Is smashing pickles such a formal occasion that one must wear shoes?

It is our Sandra's Guy Fawkes celebration. And she uses a hammer. I always want shoes on when she's smashing things with a hammer.
