My Mom's stuffing is made with onion and turkey liver sauteed in butter  and  cubes of white, wheat and rye bread - celery and a little parsley--- oh and just to be to be sure to excite the salmonella police --- a raw egg is mixed in -- before stuffing it into  the raw turkey for cooking

sure is tasty though!

Sounds wonderful!  I don't think you need to worry too much about salmonella as long as you get the stuffing up to temp and don't store it in the carcus in the refrigerator after eating.  Or maybe that's just a family rumor

Night, all.

And sage-stuffed dreams for all.

Congratulations on the 6000 views!  I went over and viewed all the episodes again but I am either too tired or  too stupid to figure out how to subscribe -- I will try again on Thursday when I hopefully will be  bit more rested

On our main page there is a button toward the top (where the sharing stuff is for Facebook and Twitter) that says "Subscribe to updated from this author"  just click on that button.

I did that.  It told me to enter my e-mail address and it would send me instructions.  I did that but it never sent me anything.

Oh, Cillaliz. My mother made THE BEST stuffing. My sister and I were able to recreate it, as close as possible.
I should correct my statement I love stuffing...in the bird....not dressing...in a dish

I guess I will be making dressing this year, since all I bought myself was a little Butterball roast.

I guess I can spill the beans now:  After four years of trying to make it viable, we'll finally be issuing the cast album of A Time for Singing on CD.  We'd actually worked out a deal that made sense three months ago, but I insisted that Rhino get amazon and other online dealers who were offering a bootleg LP transfer as downloads or CD-Rs to pull the title, which has now happened.  So, it's onward now.  It's not a short process with Rhino, but look for this around February.

Hoo and Ray!! ;D And that was actually going to be my question tomorrow...if you had any cast album reissues in the works!

So...any others?

;)

I have been jumping through the weirdest set of hoops and over odd hurdles in the last few weeks, and it seems as if I might be facing a smoother track in just a few days. The news I referred to awhile back is slowly but surely coming to be, and I can hardly wait to share the news, but that's all I can say now.

Good luck, John...with whatever it is!

Today was a very busy day at work.  All I had to do was prepare the monthly report for the business office of all the invoices that are going to be paid this month.  It took all day. :P
