I need to go to the library tomorrow to pick up a book. I am contemplating whether or not to ask the reference librarian what is up with none of the January books I requested being at the library. It seems odd for Jan 1st books.

I forgot to mention to Kevin that it helps to do a little research into the shore excursions available before the cruise. I'm sure you'll have a computer with you and you may have already done this. It didn't occur to me on my first cruise.
