Under my Facebook post at Angie's List I received the following comment from someone I don't know.

"Jane once AL has your money, they can careless."

I looked him up and he has a tree service.

TCB, I talked about the next show on Monday, I think, and it was the topic of the day: Comden and Green.

I realize I left out a favorite Comden and Green song that I don't remember anyone else mentioning either: New York, New York.

Yesterday, my friend Pug wrote this on Facebook:

Quote
So some asshat tried to grab my son tonight. Grabbed him hard, told him to "Roll with it", Ethan tried to pull away the guy got a harder grip and tried to pull him off, my boy ended up punching the guy in the face and got his ass out of there. The guy was over 6 ft tall, white, but looked tan, thin but not scrawny, dark blonde hair, had a beard, he was and wearing a white track suit with black stripes down the arms and legs, wearing a green baseball cap. This was right around Garfield grade school. Keep your eyes open folks. Ethan is fine. But I would like to kick some serious ass.

:o

As she wrote, her son Ethan is fine and he got a pretty good description...AND they called the cops.  Ethan and I have been in a few shows together, so I know him fairly well.  He's a good kid and did the right thing.

This is the first time that I've heard of something like this happening to someone I know...that's the real scary part.

How very scary!!!!  Good for Ethan getting away.  How old is he?

MAJOR VIBES THEY CATCH THE GUY!!!

Glad that Ethan got away. Very scary. How old is he?

He's 14...and he's very smart.  He's a theater kid and I think he's even had some improvisation experience, so he's able to think quickly.

About 2 inches!  And it's mostly gone where I live.  I guess there were fairly large accumulations west of the city--20-30 miles away.    The weathermen look so disappointed.  I thought the one guy was going to cry!  They had predicted up to 8 inches in the District and nearby suburbs.

I'm finally having some dinner while I listen to DEAREST ENEMY on the big speakers. I'm generally happy with the first act.

Can't wait for the rest!

Of course it did! It's one of my absolute favorite projects.  I feel honored to be a part of it.

I know many here are on facebook with ex DR Jason.  As we did for DR Danise I went to a site to protest Jason's treatment by Wyndham Hotels.  Feel free to join me. :)

I still like a multi-storied house, but it all depends on context -- the style, and so many other things.

I have no choice but a rambler.

That's odd it doesn't open for you.

They charged him twice for his stay which left his account overdrawn & no access to money.

My question for ASK BK day....

Regardless of where you live now - do you prefer a house with different levels or a one-story house?

Only one of my residences was two-stories and I didn't love it, frankly.  I always heard noises and thought someone was down there rummaging around and would soon come up to do away with me.  So, I think I'm a one-story kind of guy.

Listen to me. We've traced the call... it's coming from inside the house. Now a squad car's coming over there right now, just get out of that house!
