BK - you already knew these people for what they are, so, while I understand that the find was disappointing, I am not sure it should have been surprising.

We cannot control how others act, only how we react.   Letting them know how badly it hurt you can only benefit them and hurt you further.

I would urge you to try not to dwell on it.  Life is too short to waste it on faux friends. The whole episode will make a couple of chapters in the next edition of your memiors

I would just let it go.






As Pogue says above, I have to have a lawyer e-mail them because I'm sure they will continue to attempt to use my material, arrangements and patter, all of which I own and which I will not allow.  They do not deserve them and they are not entitled to them.


What about her?  Does she deserve them?  That is really the question.

Time for me to get some sleep.  I have been doing a rough estimate of my taxes.  It's not as bad as I expeccted. It's the one time of the year when I'm actually pleased that I have high overhead expenses.

I don't know if I have already mentioned my income tax.  I ended up owing $5,000.00!
