There is a beautiful Blu and Ray of Young Girls - I'll check and see if it's all-region.

Good morning! I have taken today off in order to do some  deep spring cleaning. I can barely find my furniture underneath all the debris a dust.

But first, checking HHW and Facebook while fortifying myself with some leftover Chinese beef mushroom while listening to some 1970s Bollywood music.

BK:  Is it the one on Amazon France for 25 euros?

http://goo.gl/1fHBq

Are language, subtitles, etc., all as they should be?

Every year around Easter, the Washington Post has a Peeps diorama contest. Here are this year's winners:

I love this contest. Because it is much better to play with your Peeps than eat them.

We are waiting for the plant lady to arrive.  She is 12 minutes late which doesn't surprise me since I saw her at the pool today.

Wait, she just arrived.

That's the one - 1000% better than the DVD - it's fantastic and yes English subtitles.

Is that what I wrote? I did just send two emails. I've got five candidates at the moment.

From DR Cilla:

Rupert told me never to talk to him about the film as he has never seen it and had to agree not to watch it to guarantee the play is not based at all on the movie.

Sounds like a smart move to me.

The Brotherhood of the Popcorn sounds like the name of a group Keith should belong to, he does love his popcorn.

Thursday morning greetings!  Getting ready to head to Lima for the Triduum Sacrum - Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday - during which Fr. Richard will conduct services and I will knit, watch basketball, and spend as much time as I can online.  We will be home after the Easter Sunday service.

DR Ginny since all of these activities are not done in church does this mean you won't be attending to all of his services?

You didn't mention reading a good book.  I'm surprised.

DR Jane - you asked yesterday how many are in my book group.  There are 34 on the email list, but many of them are what I call phantom readers.  They've either been active members and have moved out of town or they just want to read along with us.  We usually have 8-10 at our meetings, with a core of about 5 who are always there.

I just sent a message to the email list announcing that one of our loyal members will become the new coordinator.  15 minutes after my message went out, she sent a survey to the membership and she's already selected a book for July!

Wow, I had no idea you had such a large group.  The smaller numbers at the meeting make for a better discussion.  Too many people there and very few can participate.

What book was selected?

DITTO!!!

And again!

Thank you, all! I have six candidates at the moment: Aaron Lazar, Kyle Guglielmo, Patrick Mellen, Patrick Cummings, John C. Riddle, and Kasey Marino. Kyle and Patrick Mellen and I have communicated. I'm waiting to hear from Aaron, Kasey, John Riddle, and Patrick Cummings who's doing SHOW BOAT with the Washington DC Opera. And I wait.
