I don't know what it is about the show, THE OFFICE.  I know people love that show, but to me it always seems mean-spirited.

I agree I lost interest after the first couple of episodes

Thank you.  I am glad someone agrees.

I agree too.

Listening to an upcoming Kritzerland release - this one was actually ready about four months ago, but some of the sound was very problematic and all of us love the score so hugely, that we went the extra mile, gathered up a few more sources and then handed all of it to a guy who does audio restoration and his work is AMAZING.  The thing now sounds spectacularly good.  And what a score it is.  I can only say that Kritzerland is probably the label to do more Oriental soundtracks than anyone - many Geisha albums - it's amazing.

And let me just say this while I'm in this foul and fowl mood - if we're not off this damn page in one hour and well off of it, I'm shutting the topic down and maybe it's just time to shut the whole damn thing down save for my notes.  This used to feel like a real family here, with tons of posts, fun, informative, and it's like this is now drudgery for people to come here and post.  If Facebook is everyone's new home as it appears to be, so be it .

I left work early today because I had a headache that wouldn't quit (even after taking ibuprofen).  I came home and took a nap for about an hour because I had to go to rehearsal.  I'm running the sound for TAO's production of "Reservoir Dogs."

Tonight, Marko, the sound designer, had most of the sounds (but not all) and they rehearsed both versions of the show...we're doing an all-male cast and an all-female cast.  The female cast definitely has a different vibe than the male cast.  They're not as intense, but they're good.

Tomorrow night, I'm going to Capital Playhouse's production of Oliver and I know several people in the show.  My ticket was originally for yesterday (Wednesday), but their music director has a commitment on Wednesdays, so they had to move all their Wednesday shows.

I'm finally home.  More work to do before bed... or I get up early and do it.  We'll see how far I get before my eyes shutter.
