The cold weather was really hard for me this winter. Seem to not be able to breathe in the cold air anymore.
But I hate the 100 degree summer weather.

Today was my 22nd AA birthday.

I hope I have 22 more years of time to do all the things I never seem to have time for.

Including spending more time here.

I think I am just too disorganized with my time. Not organized at all.

Thanks all for the comments about the family situation. It's best for me to just keep my distance from her for a while. Adam doesn't want any of us to say anything to her about the situation and I'm afraid if I keep seeing the photos etc on the fb pages, I may say something I will regret later.

Tomorrow my brother has to come to town for work and I think Samantha and Dash are going to come with him. So I'm taking some time off to eat lunch and play with them

Yesterday I changed out the guts in my toilet, well the flapper and the fill "flushmaster" then the BIG thing is I replaced the shut off valve underneath it, all by myself!

This afternoon I was channel surfing and I came across GREAT PERFORMANCES AT THE MET's new production of the opera THE TEMPEST. I only saw the last 45 minutes of the opera, but what I saw I found really dreary (music-wise). What I found strange was that the show was subtitled in English, but it was also being sung in English! Is that normal?

Wow, Sam, that is fantastic. I had no idea you had been sober that long. God willing I will celebrate my 20th birthday in September.

I'm back from what was possibly my favorite Kritzerland show - everything was just about perfect - the first show in our history with not one lyric flub. A fantastic sold-out audience and every performer hitting every number out of the park. Even my little song went really well. Couldn't have been happier and will have more in the notes.

Mike, no one has gotten A Time for Singing from iTunes in quite some time - i reported it to Rhino and their lawyers had it taken down instantly. That bootleg was from vinyl. The people who did it are shameless.

Well, I've had a busy weekend...this is the first time that I've been able to post since Friday. Having two shows a night really takes a toll on us techies. Each group of actors only has one show a night, but we have to stick around for both. It' been a lot of fun watching the different casts and how different the same script can be interpreted...especially how different the women play the same script.

We've had some pretty good audiences, too. Actually, the women's shows have had bigger audiences than the men's. Probably because people want to see the women take on this show about a bunch of manly men.
