Great News,
My nephew, Patrick has been selected to be on American Ninja Warrior.  Tryouts soon,

Congratulations!

(Trying to get the family tree worked out: Would that also be KevinH's nephew? )

Congratulations to MR BK on his millstone.

DITTO.

And what a millstone!  What's he going to do to top that?      :)
And a third serving.

And I am home. We are now printing out a new vocal score and orchestra oarts to proof before printing the real mccoy. The vocal score looks quite nice.

I tell you, this project is so frustrating.  The missing cue is still missing and we're now pulling the separate dialogue, music, and effects tracks, where hopefully the music will be clean enough to use.  I've gone this far and we may as well go the rest of the way - but we really should have announced this three weeks ago and now it's going to be another week or two for sure and I am SCREWED because it's going to push our payments three weeks further down the line than they should be.  I have three other projects that are mastered but the liner notes are not done and approvals will take at least two weeks.

If you've been following the accounts of the wonderful Helen Reddy's comeback performances, this is a really nice account of her performance the other night.

Hey BK,

I watched  video of you on the Donnie And Marie Show with Cindy Williams.  You are quite the song and dance man.  I enjoyed it.

Jane, made mushroom tacos for lunch today (one of the nice things about working from home is getting to cook lunch). Really easy and practically vegan. Only 2 tablespoons butter, but I consider butter a vegetable.

DR John G butter is vegetarian but not vegan.  The vegan butters are pretty good.  When Craig was living here I used to use his vegan butter & mayo.  The mayo was excellent & if it came in smaller sizes I would continue to use it.

Did you make your own taco shells?  I used to fry up tacos and serve them with a large selection of fillings, including mushrooms, to choose from.

The regionals for American Ninja Warrior are in Baltimore on April 19-20.  Patrick thinks he'll be competing there; if not he'll be in Miami in May.  If he's in Baltimore I'm planning on going.

TOD: The only time I remember seeing Richard Widmark is that I Love Lucy episode mentioned previously.  I'm not sure I've ever seen a Victor Mature movie.
