No doubt played in rep with PAJAMA HATTIE, the out-of-town title of Jerry Herman's NIGHTCAP?

TCB & Jose thanks. Unfortunately my son doesn’t know he’s a hottie.

Well, DR Jane, that's the best kind of hottie!

Not the usual dance, but how I feel and why I don't want to head out to do a ton of errands.

So several days later, $400 poorer, and a nice, cleaned-up, souped-up computer and I'm back!

Relaxing:

If I find myself stressing out during the day, I'll take several slow belly breaths,  expanding as deep into the diaphragm as I can.  That usually does the trick immediately.

When I come home from work after a particularly stressful day and I'm still feeling tensed up, a good long walk always helps, but I have to watch that it doesn't turn into an angry, stomping kind of walk.  I try to practice Mindfull meditation and dispassionately move my body and observe my surroundings and allow my thoughts to come and go like clouds.

On one of my office PCs, I have a screen saver that is like a psychedelic light show with shapes and colors and patterns that are incredibly hypnotic.  I sometimes take a break to just stare at it for about five or ten minutes or an hour or two, depending on how long before someone comes into my office and breaks me out of my trance.

True Jose, but even if he knew, he is way too nice to take advantage of anyone.

You posted while I was finding my dance.  I do mean hot, as in warm, and not hottie.  ;D

Off to do those errands. :P

CP I missed you and was wondering where you were.  I thought maybe you went to New Zealand.

Teasing aside, will you be going?  If all goes well, when do you expect HERCULES to air?  Those were my questions before you disappeared .  Sorry if you answered and I didn't catch your response.

I put in one of my favorite noirs today - THE BIG CLOCK. Alas, the transfer looks kind of soft and coarse, miles and miles away from the slick, stylish black and white Warner DVDs. Still, it's a very enjoyable movie.

And here it is, HHW'ers, perhpaps the most perplexing photograph of Miss Allison Hayes that I own.

I have no idea where she is, what she is doing, or indeed what the matter could possibly be.  I would welcome all suggestions and/or captions  She is holding a bathing cap in her left hand and seems to be defying gravity in a couple of ways.  :o
I'm trying to find family site ways of discussing what I find really relaxing. Afterwards.

There aren't any. But it's giving me nice thoughts on any otherwise stressful day.

And they ain't the only ones who think so, DR Jane!   ;)

And, yes, welcome back DR DTM.

And I see straps too! So, techincally, DR/DB Jay, an open-toe sling-back pump.

Does it strike anyone else odd, that the majority of the discussion of Miss Hayes' footwear has been by the gentlemen at this site???

DR Jane -- The fact that your son does not know he is a hottie is one of the best reasons why he is one.

Given recent limitations, plus the medicated hazes I've gone through, I'm bound to have missed a few things.

Hopefully, I've not ticked anyone off for not having caught/retained a memory of everything written in recent days.
