Hmmm...

DR DERBRUCER... The words is/was "perhpaps"... not "perphaps".  Heck, everyone already knows what "perphaps" means?!?!?!?!

Miss Allison Hayes of North Hollywood practices the new Jack LaLanne excerise "Bridge Straddling." "I don't know why Mr. LaLanne said it would be difficult to do this with pumps on? I'm having no trouble at all" said Miss Haye.

Nothing much to report....

Sorry to have been E&T for a few days, but have bene taking Mondays off this summer, and with our computer issues at home, plus other things to do, I don't get online much there....at least not enough to keep HHW up all day.

But I do believe that "To Fill a Mockingbird" would have been one of Norman Bates' favorite flicks.....

MBarnum, MBarnum.  Dear, dear MBarnum.  Those are mules, not pumps!  A boy needs to be able to properly distinguish between the two!

DR Jose,  your definition was so clever that I, too, decline to pursue the etymology
any further.

DR MBarnum, mules or pumps, I don't the difference either.  You made me laugh.

So, what sites have press on the "What If" review?   Shall I Google?

I love word games like this:

Singin' In The Pain -- the DeSade Musical!

They're Playing Our Pong -- West Side Story set in an early 80s arcade.

Whistle Down The Wine -- ALW songfest about a college drinking game.

Welcome eleven GUESTS.  We're talkin' about perhpaps and how to relax, not necessarily in that order.

Are they mules? I see straps in the picture. I thought mules were open in the back (i.e. no straps). Not owning either type of shoe, though, I could be wrong.

That is really bizarre that they didn't post your press release.  I don't get why that is.

Does Richard C (the West Coast rep) post West Coast press releases?  Or do ann/vj do that?

Well at least it's there now.  Although shouldn't you post something on the main page?  I know I don't often read the West Coast pages.

Are there straps?  I don't see any.  If there are, then they'd be sling pumps, right?

Jed, the first post I read was yours, and boy did you make my day.   :DThanks.

SWW why don’t they just replace the difficult co-worker?  Is it so difficult to find good employees?

MBarnum next time you are in the area you will have to come to Ashland.
Regarding your comments with the Allison Hays photo, ;D

Dan (the Man) it’s good to have you back. :)

Thank you Panni.  Craig is the son that use to live in S.F.

TCB & Jose thanks. Unfortunately my son doesn’t know he’s a hottie.

JRand are you feeling better?
For once, heals with a bathing suite make sense.  What a pose.  No wonder she has a far off expression on her face.

Ben your CD sounds wonderful.  Have you been to Wales?  I want to go there one day.  My grandfather I never met was born there.  When I meet you in October I would love a CD.

Panni and DD have a wonderful time and good vibes the movie is all you hoped it to be.
Post two pics, one with the cap & one without.

If my Dear Brother can submit misspellings, then so can I:

BOSSE:  A revue of material by choreographic taskmasters.

And, though not a show itself, and only marginally on this sub-topic, I believe that our fearless leader BK forgot this one on one of his LOST IN BOSTON compilations:

"There Won't Be Strumpets" (cut from TENEDERLOIN)

Yes, sling pumps, not Joan Crawford Come **** Me Pumps. This is a family sight after all.

I do see straps. They may be hard to discern depending on your monitor, but I see white around her heels and ankles.

And they ain't the only ones who think so, DR Jane!   ;)

And, yes, welcome back DR DTM.

And I see straps too! So, techincally, DR/DB Jay, an open-toe sling-back pump.

I stand corrected.  And regretful I brought the subject up in the first place.

And here it is, HHW'ers, perhpaps the most perplexing photograph of Miss Allison Hayes that I own.

I have no idea where she is, what she is doing, or indeed what the matter could possibly be.  I would welcome all suggestions and/or captions  She is holding a bathing cap in her left hand and seems to be defying gravity in a couple of ways.  :o
Miss Allison Hayes is demonstrating an early version of the StairMaster.

RLP - MR BK wrote about the demise of the DVD Place a few days ago....

Given recent limitations, plus the medicated hazes I've gone through, I'm bound to have missed a few things.

Hopefully, I've not ticked anyone off for not having caught/retained a memory of everything written in recent days.
