I've loved the library photos today. Here's our main library. It may look familiar t those who have seen the Spy Kids movies. They used it as the location for the children's spy headquarters in the movies.

Oh goodness!! I remeber that from teh Vixter's younger days!

It’s weird being the same age as old people

I enjoyed the first two Spy Kids movies. Didn't see the third.

My Ask BK Question today is for DR Cillaliz.

Dear DR Cillaliz,

If a juror does something that gets him/her removed from a jury, would there be criminal charges filed?

Not unless they committed a crime.  I've never heard of a juror being charged, but it may have happened somewhere

Thank you for your answer, Cillaliz. Honestly, if I were a juror on this case I would have talked about the case or seen something on the news months ago.

Thanks all for the vibes for Callie.  I checked on her a little while ago.  She was resting.  I've given her her antibiotics twice now.  I need to do her last does of lactulose and go to bed....I have no idea why I'm staying up to watch the end of the evidence in the Jody Arias trial, but I am

I am going to record all of the closing arguments.  Closing is my favorite part of the case.  I've been told my cross examination is the best part of my case, but I think I'm a good closer.   Watching Juan do cross reminds me of a judge who once said "Doing cross-examination doesnt' mean that you do an examination crossly"

I finally cast the Hofstetter books - boy was that hard, but someone Barry Pearl recommended last week auditioned, did a second read-through, we met, I liked her, and I just gave her the series.  We'll work together next week and then she'll start recording the new book.  And, it's Tessa Grady, who is the daughter of the late Don Grady.

Congrats on the decision, BK!  And good luck!
