And on that note (C#), I must be leaving. I need to go to the Washington Center for the Performing Arts main stage because tonight is their Volunteer Appreciation dinner! I will be late to rehearsal (with permission). Since "Cinder Edna" rehearsal is on the Stage II in the same building, I won't have far to go.

I almost had a fall last night. I woke up with sharp shooting pains in my left ankle. It was strange, except for the shooting pains it didn't hurt. I could easily turn or stretch my ankle and walking on it made it feel better. Walking is how I almost went down. Once I walked and it stopped hurting I just about fell asleep standing up and am sure that would have dropped me down to the floor

We think we know what's happened - there are no board permissions currently on, so he's said to hold tight, and he'll just make sure that's what's happened and adjust it (probably tomorrow) - but for now, things are fine and once that's fixed it should be good to go.

DR MBarnum I used to use the treadmill facing Bi-Mart and the beautiful Siskiyous. While not at pretty on this side the room is quieter & the sun doesn't shine in my eyes.

Doesn't everyone? We had a stainless steel sink in our previous house and the water spots drove me crazy!

I had that problem too until I figured out you could cover them up with a thin layer of dirty dishes

Jack I know what you mean during Sandy I was at first upset that we had no power for 5 days and then I went to the south shore and saw the devastation and I was thankful I only lost power for 5 days
