Well, I'm off to bed. Have to get up way too early, go out and help a number of people set up communion for the National Youth Gathering of the LCMS. We've got 30,000 Lutheran kids from across the country in town this week. They've been doing projects at various churches and throughout the community, etc.

So, good night, all.

I normally get those auction catalogues in the mail so I'm sure it will be here very soon.

Did a three-mile jog, went to Gelson's and got some melon balls and some diet hot dogs and buns for tomorrow.  Throat is much less scratchy now, but chest feels a bit heavy and I'm clearing my throat too much - will try to stop doing that, but I just know if I can get ten to twelve hours of great sleep that will be the most helpful thing of all.

Does anyone (BK?) have a way to contact Dan-the-Man?  It has been almost three months since Dan has been here.  I am really worried,

Had a fairly horrible night trying to sleep - I think it was around three again.  I was up at around nine-thirty but stayed in bed until the doorbell rang an hour later.  My voice is pretty trashed this morning but most of the scratchy throat is gone and replaced by a phlegmy throat.  I hate this stuff and can only hope that I have a voice for Sunday's show.  I'll probably have to talk today at rehearsal otherwise I'll be quiet until the stumble-through on Saturday and hope for the best.

Continued vibes and marimbas!

I have Dan's snail mail address somewhere because he occasionally orders CDs but that's it, although I can check his account here - there's probably an e-mail address tied to it.

I, of course, was born in Los Angeles, California, USA and I have lived my entire life here in the City of Angels save for the year 1969, when I lived in Brooklyn, Flatbush to be exact.
