Don't know how accurate this is but

How Old Are Your Ears?

I couldn't hear anything

Turn on your speakers

:)

I could hear the explanation but none of the tones , not even  the first one

It’s weird being the same age as old people

Sandy called and said it went very well - she described it as The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.  But it mostly sounded like the good.  She made one bad patter mistake but handled it like a pro and fixed it after the fact.  Apparently the rap song I had her read the lyrics to got nice laughs.  It sounds like it wasn't bad, especially as we've never really had a proper rehearsal with us all in the room - that's the most amazing thing.  Thankfully, a lot of the patter I wrote, the history part, was already written for the Kritzerland Ira Gershwin show we did a year and a half ago.  I'll be seeing a video of it.  She'll probably do the Ira show at the Metropolitan Room in NY - but we'll have three or four days rehearsal for it, so that will be great.

Otherwise, I've been listening to the Sandy mixes, most of which are great, but I do have some picks to nit on Sunday when we're back in the studio - just a handful of really minor things to slightly adjust - that's why I wanted to live with these before we go back - that way I come in with my handful of notes and we can go right to those spots and make those little adjustments.

I'm kind of hungry and I'm still under 1000 calories, probably closer to 900 so I may go get something like low-cal cheese and crackers or I'll just eat another two hundred calories of chocolate licorice.  Then I don't have to go out.

Long day of work at home that included the bird losing control and attacking me. Not happy with that. He's in his cage and it's covered. Time out for birdy.

What would cause him to flip out?

I still haven't decided about food and it's obviously too late for Gelson's now.  I have some frozen pizza bread things here - 450 calories, so a few too many, so it may just be chocolate licorice.

Well, this never got to be the night to watch BODY DOUBLE, so that's on the agenda for some time tomorrow.

Great to hear the act went well tonight, and I really look forward to hearing when stuff will be happening in NYC.
