Sunday afternoon greetings!  Richard and I left here about the time we're usually arriving in Lima and attended our former church in Cincinnati today.  We had lunch with the organist and vicar and are now home for the evening.

I'm up after nine hours of sleep - wanted a bit more but when one is up one is up.  The new bed is VERY comfy, with good support but also good comfort.  I kept waking up during the evening between dreams thinking, "this is a good bed."  The height didn't bother me at all.

Now I want a new mattress :)

The bed in our guestroom is too high and most of the mattresses I liked when we looked for our room was high.  I like our low bed, it is just my size.

DR Jennifer there is a reason Lisa Gardner wrote books under a different name-lol.  Did you purchase "Maggie's Man" or are you waiting for the library book?  It was worth what I paid for it but if you can get it free do so.

I read the last part of the sentence as you went to the "six autopsy sites"

I've had my first Chinese food in over a month and it was fantastic! I'm ready to settle in for the evening, take my meds, and hopefully get some sleep tonight.

We're on "Hollywood Gown" watch as we speak (even though it's only 8 a.m.) - special Emmy chanting vocal for tomorrow's edition :)

Today was a pro sports "perfect storm" in Ohio - wins for Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians (baseball) and Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns (football).

I'll be watching (and recording) the Emmys, but not the red carpet pre-show(s).

WHERE IN TARNATION IS EVERYONE? ???

I'm back from seeing "The Wizard of Oz" in 3D!  I and my co-worker Jamie really enjoyed it!  I don't remember if I'd ever seen the whole thing in one sitting.  It looked beautiful on the really big IMAX screen.  The 3D was subtle and well done.  I was amazed at the detail.  In a lot of the crowd scenes, I found myself looking at the people in the background.  You could see facial expressions (and even faces!) of the people way in the back.  It looked as if it had just been filmed.  I loved it!  I bought the 70th anniversary DVD in 2009.  I just pulled it off my shelf.  When I've finished with the 4th episode of "Broadchurch" that I'm watching now, I'll check it to see how detailed it is.  Granted, it's a DVD and not a Blu-ray, but it should still be pretty good. :D

There's a football game on CBS right now, and the Emmys are supposed to be on right after it.  There is about a minute left on the timer, which means it could be another half hour before the actual game ends. :P

Of course, that's an exaggeration, but probably not by much.
