I guess I can't give GRAVITY a rave because it is just kind of a Roger Corman movie with a much LARGER budget. It does look great in very subtle 3D....with some very moving moments...and I do like Sandra and George....

The BEST thing about it is that it is only 91 minutes long.....it doesn't overstay its welcome. I just kept wondering why they would send someone's grandfather into space.....

Back from the town hall, where it took about one whole minute to get the location approval for my generator.

I think I said I'm getting a generator installed, right? Well, now I have. So that's the first step, and if only the rest of the steps could be that quick and painless and cheap. Which they won't be. Guaranteed. The world doesn't make these things easy, quick, painless, or cheap.

I am going through the most asinine round with my healthcare at the moment. I usually contact my doctor by email on their site NextMD.com, which has been redone without notifying its members and I cannot log on. I also spent 15 minutes on the phone with my doctor's office waiting for the goddam referrals desk to pick up. And no one did. Damn.

I'm up, barely, after a wretched night's sleep. I have no idea how much I slept, maybe four hours, but it FELT like I was awake the whole time. I do hope my voice holds out until after the show. Then I can recuperate over the next few days, but feeling oh so groggy right now with banking to do, jogging to do and, tonight, magic to do.

TOD: So many, but from the "C" column, I do love me some Columbo and Clouseau.

And I LOVE the new BBC Sherlock with Benedict Cumberbatch. I wasn't sure if I'd like the translation to modern times at first, but one episode and I was hooked. New season begins this month on the 31st. Yaay!
